So, today my birthday present was to arrive. I was supposed to arrive home from school to a new improved HDTV experience.
What I got instead is three hours on the phone trying to find out WTF is going on.

And Bell wonders why I have nothing more than basic phone service with them. While not every experience with Rogers has been perfect, they've at least (a) had very few experiences where they've needed to show their customer service, and (b) they've at least apologised when something doltish has happened.
Oh, yeah, and hubby worked programming for their cell phone call centre for a while, and the stories he has are enough to make me stay away form anything customer service realted with Bell.
