Black March
I haven't been passing the Black March posts on, either on my tumblr or here, because something about it bothered me. My first thought was for independant book shops, and for the tiny cinemas that survive by showing indie films, and how the big chains etc. have the resources to survive March where these smaller companies simply don't. 'Twas the early hours of the morning of the day before Christmas...
After the day I've had (do not get me started) I'm not sure if I'll be online tomorrow, and I have a lot of family stuff over Christmas. Therefore I'm going to do this early:

I've tried to write this post like ten times and given up on explaining what's going on.
I know I haven't been around much recently, and that's likely to get worse before it gets better. I'm only really responding to links or what I come across in short intervals (Richard's asleep at the moment so I have a bit longer to post.)

PSA: virus
There's a nasty computer virus on the rounds and I appear to have picked it up. It looks almost exactly like an automatic windows update, which is how I fell for it. I figured if I gave y'all a heads up then anyone using windows would know to watch out for it ( Read more... ) -
Rumours of my death have been greatly exaggerated.
Looking at my PM box it seeems like someone told people I was in hospital. Oops, they shouldn't have done that, but thank you for well wishes. No but seriously I'm completely fine, it was a pissy little case of the flu I came down with on Boxing Day but my meds complicated things massively, and I really hope nobody was worried.
