With a constant knot of fear and trepidation in her stomach, she walked the grounds, pouring over the PADD in her hand and memorizing it as best she could with her mind in its frazzled state. It wasn't any surprise, then, that she tripped over someone's legs in her distraction. She tumbled to the grass with a small "oof!" and her PADD flew to a few feet away.
She quickly scrambled off whoever it was she had tripped over and looked down at her knees, grass stained and bruising already. Nia winced and then sucked a hissing breath in through her teeth as she prodded one knee. Then she remembered her manners. ]
