Strange Bedfellows

Jun Lozada does not excite me at all. The revival of the entire ZTE mess seems too distant, too irrelevant, too contrived. It's just JDV with the opposition against PGMA. I couldn't care less. i have this feeling that people don't believe in rallies anymore. they've bastardized it. all these people think it's the easiest way to solve our problems. :(
i feel sad because its stuff like this that sometimes makes me not want to go back to the philippines. :(

hope you're doing fine though :)

They're just making things worse for the working class. Let us go through our daily/nightly commute in peace, without sickening hypocritical rallies wreaking havoc across the metro.

I never was sold on People Power.
I had some hope in Lozada, and have read some nice things about him from my uncle (whom I semi-trust on these things), but reading your thoughts coupled with my many years of being disappointed makes me cautious.

Do you foresee any real leader coming on the scene? One that can bring hope and restore trust.

Things here are scary. And I have a feeling a few months from now they will be scary for a great many more people when the buyer's remorse starts to set in.

I'd like to import Canada's Kim Campbell or Mexico's Vicente Fox to run the US.
Or maybe I'll just emigrate to Norway.
