due to the huge amount of time on my hands right now, i have been doing bodybalance everyday. this release is more upbeat and exciting than tranquil 32. as rommel and peewee have mentioned, 33's theme is "just try". a lot of the moves can be difficult, especially the now infamous core-work track 6 (primal scream's "come together"), but they are not ( Read more... )

how much for yoga classes excluding the gym membership? :)
im very interesed, i want lean muscles! and a piece of mind, of course!

ay im not sure if they allow that, pero there are yoga centers naman offering yoga classes lang and most are free pa. alam ko mayroon sa may diliman.

pero join ka ff, we can be classmates :) hehehe!

i haven't tried the new release. jam pa lang at pump.

pero i heard the moves are quite difficult daw sabi ng mga lola sa abs. hahaha!

maybe i will try this saturday sa rsc launching.

I had to look for this entry again because I'm getting the hang of Body Balance na rin kahit I ran out of my last class this week hehe kasi I remembered I had a massage scheduled right after! Ansaket sa wrists potah. I'm getting wrist guards tomorrow! Mga 11am after my tai-chi kakaririn ko na.
