Rocky Mountain Hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiigh~

I am in Colorado. Cheyenne Mountain is jaw-dropping and still snow-capped. The grocery store a block from my house stocks Kashi and organic produce. *happy dances with you*

It's so awesome to read good news happening for someone who has needed good news for so very long. Huge CONGRATS on the successful move and 1-block-away (stocked!) grocery and not having altitude sickness! <3<3<3

I'm still not quite past the stage of going WHEN'S THE OTHER SHOE GOING TO DROP--just because it's been so long since I had really good news. But, like I was telling my dad when he asked whether I felt better now about the move, even though things aren't always going to be easy I feel like there's so much more to work with now.

I'm glad this is going better than you had feared/hoped. I'm so happy that things are looking up! *big hugs*

I felt a LOT better after Sunday, when we made a trip to the library and met some of my coworkers, and toured the apartment complex. Two of my biggest fears were resentful coworkers and an unliveable apartment.

Hope you and Sprout and Dustin are doing well!

Oh, YAY! I was wondering about the altitude sickness -- that is excellent news. :DDDDDD (And you know we're going to want pictures of these mountains, now that you are teasing us.)

I was born in a town in Utah that's at 5,000 feet, I think that has something to do with the lack of altitude sickness.

I'll see about taking some pictures, but right now I only have my cellphone to use as a camera.

Hooray! SO glad to hear things are going well. Colorado's got some gorgeous parts, and the mountains are totally crazy, I agree. Also, YEAH ORGANIC PRODUCE! It is a good omen, methinks.

Hey! Sorry for the late reply: just got the internet hooked up in my apartment last night. My first two days of work have gone pretty smoothly and I'm definitely glad I took this opportunity when it came along.
