I got back this afternoon from a trip to Atlanta. Aaron, Beth and Jeremy and I drove down there to visit our friend Cliff and go to a Braves game. We went down there Friday afternoon and went out to dinner and walked around a park "bum" hunting. Saturday we got up and loafed around for a while and then finally headed off to Stone Mountain.

The roommate's gone, praise the Lord. She didn't leave without clogging up the toliet though. Jerk.

I made my first homemade from scratch completly meal today. It was alright.

My hands look awful. Stupid doctors. Perhaps I shouldn't be so vain.

I expect that all of us at one time or another have said, "Well part of me wants to, and another part of me doesn't". You know the feeling- part of you pulled one direction, part of you the other. Last night was the greatest night ever. I was feeling pretty sick all day but around 8 Grace and I went to dinner at Panera. I have missed my roommate so much. It was wonderful to be able to spend hours with her and just catch up with each other's lives. I don't understand. Maybe it's because I'm too idealistic, of too much of a dreamer. I don't believe that everyone who has money is out to ruin the lives of those who aren't "as fortunate" as others. Whether they are politicians, businessmen or musicians. I know that there is a lot of evil in the world, but I also know that there is a lot of good. ( Read more... )

My weekend was pretty uneventful. Most everyone I know who is here this summer was gone for the weekend, so it was just me for the most part. I watched a lot of movies.
