30 Days of SPN - Day 5
It’s official, teh memez are trying to kill me. Why do I do this, why? I seriously may not be able to actually answer this.

Day 5 - Your favourite episode
Okay, I’m going to make this easy on myself and go with the simplest one: Point of No Return. It was an outstanding celebration of all that SPN was and has become, incorporating all the most important themes of family and identity and choice and the fight, with a beautifully light touch. It was the defeat of the angels and a statement of intent for the finale.
For my money, it was the closest they have ever got to a perfect episode, and that was pretty damn close. It was the only one to leave me with really sustained squee - not because there aren’t some incredible episodes, but that's just not really me. I revel in it and am in awe of it. That is also very not me. Which means that’s quite the episode.
Plus, it has the distinction of being the episode that inspired my first (and thus far only) review, where my reasons behind this choice abound (and abound and abound), and since I hate repeating myself pointlessly, I’m going to pimp that and stop typing now.
