Finding myself with much more time on my hands than usual, I've taken to furious cooking.

For Mike's birthday bbq I made:

vodka spiked watermelon (eh, not worth the effort.)
chicken and artichoke rice salad (every one loved it, so here's the recipe, it's perfect for the summer/)
