Where is that place in Tokyo where there is that large inside mall filled with mainly manga and doujinshi, otaku goods, etc?

Anyone else getting befriended by Russian people lately?
I've been by about 4 in the past few months. I can't read their journals because its all in Russian.

Just figured its either A) some type of spam type thing, or B) My fame has started to branch out into other countries besides America and Japan.
