I bought a Jaccard 48 blade meat tenderizer last week and finally got the chance to try it out on some venison chops. OMG this thing is awesome. I tenderized the chops then covered them with Teriyaki marinade. After an hour in the fridge I dredged them very lightly in bread crumbs and fried them in a scant amount of butter. They were fork tender
