Today's Jedi-ism:

If you go by the USDA food pyramid, and eat as
much bread as they say you should, and it's all whole
grain stuff, then you will have fiber out the wazoo.

Today is a red letter day.

After much effort expended over a number of months:

It looks like the the free ride for Hijackers is permanently over. After 9/11 you couldn't misbehave on a US flight without being clobbered or snitched on. Now it seems that even abroad you can't get away with trying to hijack a plane anymore. Pilots and crew will no longer quietly go along with the expectation of eventually being released.
