When Bliss came to me, one of his fingers is broken. Of course, I didn't have my camera and had to deal with Luts' "wonderful" customer service. I am going to send these pics to Luts.

Things like that do happen >_> although I've certainly heard about quite a few cases with the Seniors...I really hope it's not something with the new Luts resin =_=

Sakuya's finger was broken during an accident, which was glued back with super glue...so if it really doesn't work out you can try that? Of course it would be best if Luts can give you replacement hands.

I really wish they would just do NS/WS...The resin of Bliss' head is so thin that I can almost see through it and his head does not match with his body.

The issue is, I can't even find the broken part. I unwrapped his bubblewraps and there his hand was, broken. I looked everywhere in the box but can't find the finger. @_____@

@_@...that wouldn't be good...

Just really hope that Luts give out replacement hands?...does Bliss packages come with a set of extra optional hands or was it just during the promotion period?

I posted on their Q&A Board and I was ignored while they answered everyone's questions...
No extra hands. If there were extra hands, I wouldn't get upset at all because I could just use those. However, SDF accessories and parts are not sold separately so if there is no replacement, I don't know what to do with 9 fingers.
