I just came back to Chicago after a 35 hours delay...and found out, my Kohya never arrived. And worst of all, it's too late to file a Paypal dispute.  The seller sent him on July 31st and I sent the payment July 1st.  I have no idea where the doll is: did he arrive and redeliver to the Apartment Management Office?
