I need to develop Santana, Brittany and Rachel's relationship more for a development later on. Gotta bring Sue in too. Things to do, things to do.

Ngl, last night's duet with Puck and Rach totally had me thinking of this version, which probably inspired the scene here at least in part.

Glad you liked it!

Can't wait what that development will be! Has it anything to do with Sue and her followers? :)

Yay! :D Need to watch the ep yet. :)

Sue's followers are the faceless Cheerios and nameless masses of people who watch Sue's Corner. I don't really get into those, tbh.

I'm continually impressed with how you are writing this story. I hope that Quinn is able to figure out her issues, (I'm imagining that she'll make some serious progress closer to Sectionals). Depending on how you approach the Sue situation, I definitely understand the necessity for improving the Rachel/Santana dynamic. Plus it's bound to be good if Rachel gets along with her girl's friends.

As this series progresses through Mattress, I would love it if emphasis was placed on how much of a worthless piece of crap Finn is. Back then I still had hope for Finn as a character and did not realize how easily he would fall to peer pressure because he didn't want his picture to be defaced in yearbooks he would never see. (I literally just saw a commercial for tomorrow's episode, where Finn refers to himself as some sort of celebrity, and I keep having to fight back bile).

Regardless of how you decide to continue things, I'll keep coming back to see how Quinn has her eureka moment and how things progress and sectionals and beyond.

Quinn's figuring things out and yes, with Sectionals on the horizon there will be more development on that front. But she's not going to figure it out just yet. I'm a little to fond of slow build ups I think. And yes, the Sue situation needs to be addressed, hopefully soon, though there will be definite movement in that dynamic following Sectionals.

I really don't like Finn very much, I have to admit, and it probably shows. But, I plan on working with the yearbook issue in the next chapter (can we have Rachel approaching people she didn't in canon? I think we can!), though things will be a bit different than the canon since I'm veering more AU now. I think we may have a Puck & Finn scene on the horizon. The Puckster doesn't approve of Finnessa screwing over his Baby Mommas (even if they don't like that term) after all.

Everything up to this point has been contained within McKinley more or less. Sectionals changes that. And that's the biggest hint I have right now. XD

I'm interested to see where else this story could go geographically. Rachel's been around for a while, I'm sure she hasn't limited herself to the middle of the US, or even the US at all.

Not really planning on having it move geographically far from the settings of Glee right now tbh. But, yes, it could theoretically go just about anywhere.

In the original work I've got Glee fused with here, the main character was born in what is now Germany, circa the Second Crusade. She spent the next few centuries disguised as a man skipping from war to war as a mercenary. She traveled across Europe, spent time in London during the Industrial Revolution (had a couple run ins with a vicious Dreamwalker by the name of Jack there), was in New Orleans after the American Revolutionary War and fought in the American Civil War... she got all over. Rachel's not nearly as old as she is and thus has less experience, but both her and Puck were involved in the Civil War for example.

Loved the subtle Pezberry and the Brittana.

The middle featuring Puck and Rachel made me so sad again.

And Quinn, so blind.

Loved the update!

I do enjoy subtle side pairings. XD

Puck and Rachel are a little tragic in this for me. They have that bond of being each other's family in the past. They honestly loved each other, and it's not like that really stopped. It just stopped being enough. They still care for each other enough that people seeing them think they're together - look at Quinn's reaction after all - but they decided long ago that their past has too much pain (losing Issac) to make going it as a couple a possibility. Which isn't to say they've never had "encounters" in the past - some of which involved Rachel's bisexual leanings (much to Puck's approval) if you catch my drift - but they work better as friends.

Quinn's got a lot on her plate. The baby, upcoming Sectionals, losing her family and her home, dealing with Finn. Questioning her sexuality, which she has always taken for granted as being unquestionably straight, is a bit much for her at the moment. Things will work out.

Glad you're enjoying this! Pardon my verbosity. XD

Yeah, what you're trying to get across with the Puck/Rachel relationship is definitely here. I'm glad, too, because it seems like they really do need each other in a way Quinn won't be able to understand.

No doubt Quinn has a lot on her plate, I'm actually glad it's been a steady progression because if their relationship was rushed, I'd be disappointed. But, I'm ready whenever you decide for things to work out!

Rachel's hurting here and I tried to show that. She's trying to protect the person she cares about, while that person is trying to be with someone she thinks is bad for her. Things are moving.

I'm glad you gave this a chance and are enjoying it. Thanks. :3

BAMF Rachel is really fantastic since she seems to appear out of nowhere on the unsuspecting populace of Lima. Santana being flustered when cornered by Rachel amused me greatly, cause honestly who could resist that lol. Puck's actions during the babysitting make a lot more sense now and I rescind my manwhore comment, Rachel's heartbreak during this scene is palpable. Quinn confronting Rachel about ignoring her was spot on cause I doubt she'd take that for very long especially now that she has her friendship. Loved it and can't wait for more.

Rach has trouble controlling her BAMFness sometimes, ngl. When the smackdown must be laid, she will lay it. ^_ ( ... )
