So after long last I have finally gotten hold of the Estrella Archery results.  I am quite pleased to say that out of 102 competitors in the adult handbow division I placed 10th overall.  Of note to others reading this are some other great placements for those who shot all 3 days including garething who we all know placed 1st overall, quixote317  who placed 8th ( Read more... )

So I was out shopping at lunch and came across a nice, cheap rug that would be great to bring camping for inside our tent.  We'd probably have to buy a couple to cover the whole inside of the tent to keep us off the ground but it might be nicer than the carpet we're currently using since it's 1 piece that covers about 3/4 of the interior space.  I ( Read more... )

Every year at this time Think Geek fills their pages with joke items and usually they get so many requests to make something for real that eventually they really do make it (like the 8 Bit Tie or the TaunTaun Sleeping Bag).  Is it sad that this is what I want them to make now?
