1. Jamie- I've told you this story before, but here we go again. This summer there was a show where both Rich Creamy Paint and The Privates played at The Exit/In. Between sets I saw a cute girl and we made eye contact. She gave me a big smile and I nervously smiled back. I wanted to talk to her, but I got distracted by my ex-girlfriend who I was trying to restore some sort of friendship with. When The Privates played, I saw her again, next to some jesus-rock-looking boy and singing along to every word. It became apparent that this girl had a boyfriend and probably only smiled at me because I was in a band that she liked. Not long after, I noticed her profile on myspace, and that she indeed was in a relationship. Later on when the summer of craziness was in full swing, I met this girl and we clicked pretty quickly. I like no-bullshit girls that aren't afraid to talk, and she certainly fit that type. While my crush didn't come to fruition, I made a cool friend that is amazingly loyal and protective. Foxy Roxy

1. Roxy roxy roxy. The only person that has ever inspired a positive song from me. I really can't even begin to talk about you. I discovered you because my wingman at the time, Rob, was going out of his way to find attractive, cool, single girls on Myspace, sending me links on a daily basis regardless of the fact that I wasn't into the idea of pursuing girls over the internet. One day I got a link to the page of a girl named Foxy Roxy. She had quite interesting taste in music, her pictures included a cool one in a record store and an adorable one in a coffee shop with french (although with incorrect grammar usage) written on her arm. She had a journal entry about going to Mitch Hedberg and The Features shows one night, of which I also happened to attend both. There was my "in." I messaged her about that, and then plotted out how to meet this girl in real life. Being the true stalker I am, the plan worked, we met, hit it off, and eventually I weasled my way into a date with her. On said date, um wow, I learned a lot about this person
