Brock lost my transcripts on multiple occasions - when I was applying for PhDs, when I was applying for funding, etc. It's brutal. The front line workers at the desk seem to know it, too, as I've been warned by them multiple times "check with the institution to make sure they get them. Sometimes 'things happen.'" Still, its a massive piss off, so I feel your pain.
