I picked a bad week to try to eat raw! I forgot Thanksgiving is in 2 days. Damn. This wasn't really an effort to convert to raw but just to start focusing on fruits and vegetables more.
Last night I went to the co-op and loaded up on:
- sunflower seeds
- walnuts
- tomatoes
- honeycrisp apples (minimally treated)
- bartlett pears
- boston lettuce

What I normally eat lately is about 30 pb-pretzels, a burrito for lunch and soy crisps. I am a carbatarian.
