Technically, your entire sentence about the electronic piano is not a sentence because it is missing the verb. It should be, "Here is a review of Yamaha's new electronic piano, which goes to insane lengths to replicate the sound, look, and feel of a conventional grand piano, but offers features like tuning itself correctly for whatever key you're playing in, which is impossible on a real instrument." At least, that's what I think the correct sentence would be.

Okay, now I'll actually go read your links. I couldn't resist the grammar question.

My sense is that it still makes sense to ask whether or not it's grammatical, even though it's not a sentence. Sentence fragments and phrases can still be grammatical, or not.

Another question a grammar book would help me answer...

Presumably you can do this, but it's a slow process (requires retuning). Regardless, it's neat. And interesting how they use feedback to make it sound feel like an actual piano.
