LAW SCHOOL: I still have to take the LSAT (when? how was yours, btw?)! And applications? Shit! Am I behind? Have I been blindly eating croissants and throwing responsibility to the wind? LAW: For next Fall, deadlines are around February; but I'd assumed you weren't going until next next Fall, right? In any event, I did mine early because they have, in addition to the usual rolling admissions, Early Notification - if you submit by mid-November, most schools will get back to you by late December.
The LSAT felt significantly easier than any practice ones I'd taken, but that wasn't reflected in my score. I'm told that was because most people take it in October, so the curve is tougher and everybody therefore scores lower. But I did solidly enough that I should be fine. Studying didn't seem to do a lot, but I'd recommend some level of prep just so you're quick with all the question types and can shift into Logical Reasoning mode easily.

BTW, last time I saw this, I found the company (headed by Lou Perlman!) on the Better Business Bureau, which informed me that that company was indeed fraudulent. I don't think the person I told appreciated the tip, though, choosing instead to be stupid and feel emasculated.
