My SO got a promotion at work! Yay! This is great not only because he got a raise, but because he will probably be happier doing supervisor tasks than calling people all day. (We work at a call center doing phone surveys. Talking to random people for six hours a day five days a week has given me a new appreciation for human stupidity

The thing about the spiders is hot weather like we're having in my neck of the woods makes my skin feel like I've got stuff crawling on me anyway.

I'm hoping to get the fic done soon, but it's been stalled for about a week. Tom is just being impossible. I'll post it when I finally get it done.

Heh, yeah I'm pretty quiet over here.

I wish it was just flies. Last summer it was wasps that appeared out of nowhere on the inside of our window screens so we had to close the window and trap them and then attack them with Raid from outside. Happened twice in one week.
