It's spring, the trees are getting new leaves, daffodils and crocuses are blooming, and everywhere I look is green (I love that about western Oregon). Conveniently enough, just when I was getting thoroughly sick of being a telephone survey interviewer a new customer service call center was announced to open in my city.
