So the word okay was used 8 times, but I love how she says it, " Oookaay..." and how after he says it is a Backlot, she ask if there is a building number.

Yea, that's the part that got me. I mean for the record he didn't say that it was at Universal Studios and there are other buildings in Universal City (I worked in one). Personally I wouldn't have known what New York Street was either if I had not been reading your posts about the recent fires.
