The fact that mayo is often a sause for it *grosses* me out. And yours looks like some oddball breakfast variation. I guess it's the bacon. I've only ever had it with shrimp and mushrooms.

Oh, my mamasan hook sme up with the everything-mixed-in variation...shrimp, octopus, squid, etc. And of course the bacon. I actually use ketchup, mayo, and the sauce. Apparently ketchup is an unusual condiment for it, but she always remembers to whip it out when I show up...

I don't think I can accept cooking directions from you. Last time I saw you cook you lit a stove on fire.

Yum! I want to try that!

Although, this reminds me of shabu shabu - what is it about Japanese restaurants and having to cook your own food? Come to think of it, sushi is Japanese, too, and that's not cooked AT ALL.

Lazy bastards, I suspect. ;)

Yeah, someone else said that yesterday...when we went to Yakiniku (Korean BBQ), which is all about cooking it yourself...the usual Okonomiyaki restaurants cook it for you, but I always insist on doing it myself...
