I'm at work right now. I guess i should be working, but i can't get into it lately. I dunno why. I have to do a few more drafts for some guy, but i totally don't feel inspired today. It's weird, usually i can whip out a draft or two in like 2 hours, but it took me like 3 just to start, and i have to take a break already. Sucks

Yeah, we usually get tons of snow. I heard this winter was gonna be a bad one, and i'm ready! Nothing like waking up to find 2 feet of snow outside and turn on the tv, and see that everything's been cancelled. Ahhh, then you get to go downstairs, get coffee, and cuddle in bed and watch the news! <3333 I love that so much!

usually at the vet you can get a "puppy package" i think depending on what you want it's about 100-200 dollars.

Thanks, Tali! I'm gonna call some vets offices later on and see if they have anything like that. Whew. It is a relief to hear that it won't be like 200 per shot! That would be a little expensive. yep.

haha no definitely not 200 per shot...it's like there's a whole package to get...the bordetella, distemper, corona...like a billion others. are you putting your doggie on a flea and tick program like advantage or frontline? sometimes to start you off the vet puts that in some sort of package. i love vet's they are usually super nice.

I will definitely put her on one of those. She's definitely gonna be inside, but you know, taking her to work, and just around in general, after she has all of her shots, i don't want her to get bugs. heh.

dogs are really expensive, be prepared to sacrifice A LOT of time and money.

Yep, i've learned alll about it and have had a dog before, so i'm prepared. I was just concerned over the price per shot, like i was hoping not hundreds per shot. Vets in this area don't seem to be as expensive as other places. So, i think i'm all set. I found some site on the internet that says they are usually $40 or so per shot + vet visit, so that's good.
Anyway, yeah, it's all good. Just thinking out loud.

yup yup like tali said they have puppy packages. when i got my nico at 12 weeks he had almost all of his shots, i only had to take him back once at 14 weeks and again at 16 weeks and he was all done. the vet charged it all at once an it was only $77 including his rabies shot, so it's not bad at all & because he was so tiny they could put most of the vaccines all together into just one syringe, except the rabies shot of course & that other one that they had to pour into his nose! :o[ poor pup, he hated it so much and got his whole face all wet.

Up the nostrils!? Awww, poor little thing! I'm so worried about the vet giving her too much of something, since she's so so small and hurting her or making her sick! I've heard some horror stories. I'm gonna call around to vets and see which ones deal with a lot of small dogs. I know the vet we used to take Keasha to was really good, but also charged an arm and a leg. I really don't care, though. I want to take her to the best.
