Just a thought but maybe you should treat it like a promotional tool for your Etsy shop, rather than upping the prices there - unless you really have to because you'd lose money on your products. (I assume that the labels for your stuff have the Etsy shop's URL on them?) Given that the pop-up shop is temporary, it might be better to accept a smaller profit, if only not to chase repeat customers away from your Etsy shop with a price increase.
Thanks for the suggestion, I did think about that. I wasn't thinking of bringing the prices up a lot. I was thinking that something that's $5 on Etsy might be $6 in the pop up to help offset the commission. It's unlikely to be enough of a difference (especially to a Chicago Loop crowd) to make people decide not to get something they otherwise might have, but over a large volume of items, I won't get pinched *quite* so much by the commission. :) And yes, all my labels will have my URL on them. :)
