I discovered that when I wailed on Twitter about our Dragon*Con FedEx headaches. :-) And the Virgin Mobile chick checked back with me like twice a day.
Yay for Twitter! It rules all. Really glad to hear that they're on the way to sorting out your issues. Gotta love progressive companies.
I complained about our statistical software on Twitter in an IT seminar last year, and got a reply from them offering to talk me through it. They couldn't help me because their software is diabolical, but it was a nice touch.
