Approach Encounter [Complete]
Characters: Lorenzo Belli, Zetsu
Setting: 1st Floor East Hallway -> Corner Bedroom
Time: Night 004
Summary: Lorenzo is pissed about the kidnappings, Zetsu tells him to get over it.
Warnings: Lorenzo and Zetsu in the same thread, pissy alchemist is pissy.
Damnit, damnit, damnit! Not only had Alphonse and Red been kidnapped by those...things, but there had been nothing he could do about it then or even now. Nothing had worked against the bastards and truthfully, he couldn't explain the feeling of guilt that was starting to sink in now that the two were gone. It wasn't a feeling he was often confronted with and he didn't know to handle it.
So he did the only thing that he could do - he converted what might have otherwise devolved into guilt to anger. Anger at the ghosts, at the monsters, at the house that had caused so many more problems than it was worth. So it was that he'd already collected a few scrapes and bruises tussling with the monsters upstairs - he was in no mood to be cautious or collected. With nothing left to deal with, there'd been a momentary peace as he'd went down the staircase, covered in blood (very little of which was his own) heading towards the kitchen...
But of course, it only took passing by the study for his temper to start flaring again, although even if he were asked he wouldn't be able to explain why. Because of the woman that had previously haunted it? The child that had cried the other night, that lay there dead now? That pitiful corpse downstairs? He didn't know what it was, and he didn't care. "God damnit!" He shouted at no one in particular, taking out his aggression on the wall in lieu of anything better, continuing in this manner of punching at it and occassionally cursing (primarily in Latin - but with a little English and even German tossed in) for anyone who should happen to be in the area to hear.
He couldn't damage the walls, of course, but they might also have heard a cracking sound as the alchemist split his knuckle and failed to care. Alphonse and Red were gone, taken for some unknown cause and he had no means of getting them back or knowing if they'd come back at all...that was all that he cared about, and even then he really wished he didn't.
