Characters: Mio Amakura, Zetsu
Setting: Attic, Maids' Hallway, Rat Bedroom
Time: Day 004, dawn/early morning
Summary: Mio comes back from the dead to find a half-dead Zetsu.
Warnings: Mio and Zetsu, the cute will kill you.
Come daybreak, Mio had found herself waking in the house's attic. Strange, because the last thing she remembered was being in the maids' hallway - that woman's touch, the pain...even stranger because looking off to either side of her, she hadn't seen either of her two companions. Had they really just left her here...? Not understanding, barely even noticing the fact that her clothes were suddenly fixed, the bandages gone, she'd reached for her camera to find that was gone, too. That had been enough to alert her, although she nearly lost her balance when she suddenly stood up.
She felt strangely off, as though she were missing something and even more that something was fading away. Her mind was reeling and she was tired and apparently had been dumped off in a dark, scary place, but all the same she'd exited the room just the same and went off to try and find Zetsu and Nana. They'd been with her when she'd gotten grabbed...were they alright? Did one of them have her camera, perhaps? If it were Nana, it would have been left in her room, but it clearly wasn't there. Zetsu probably had it. At least if it hadn't gotten broken or stolen, but she didn't care to think about that alternative.
For some reason, perhaps how dazed she was, it took her a little while to get around the maid's quarters. The other rooms and hallways were poked around first, with her gently calling for both of them, but eventually she found her way there. Of course she went in his bedroom first, calling out to him, only...he wasn't there. Going back into the hallway she called out to him a few more times. Eventually some point she realized the rat bedroom room was locked again. It took her a few moments of staring at it, knowing it was locked but not quite registering it, to decide on taking a chair had been from Zetsu's bedroom, dropped sideways and pushed into the doorway with her foot in as she pushed the door open in a way that, with any luck, would keep it from slamming shut on her.
"...Zetsu...?"
