He wanted to laugh, though he knew it'd hurt more than it was worth. Sekai had called him stupid. Maybe she was right. He'd done so many stupid things, before and after coming to the house. That fist fight with a knife in his mouth. Jumping into the water after Yugi's cards. Getting a crush on a girl with a boyfriend. Dying was just one more stupid thing. He'd knocked on death's door twice before, he knew his body was at its limit. Why wouldn't she leave, the duelist wondered. Did she really want to see him die? Jonouchi wondered if she'd cry. A cute girl like that shouldn't be crying. His sister would scold him for sure, making a girl cry like that. His sister, his friends... he gave them a silent apology. It seemed like he wouldn't be making it back this time

Sekai stared in shock, dumbly, for a few moments as she registered that she was being commanded to go get the water. She hadn't been expecting that, to be honest, and she was still freaked out enough that it took a moment to register. But...he was suggesting that he would give Jonouchi some pills. She didn't know what they were, but that had to mean he was helping, right? She wasn't so sure about that, but she embraced that possibility full on as she forced herself to her feet - legs shaking somewhat as she did so - nodding her head.

She stumbled a little bit as she quickly made her way to the food and water she had dropped, grabbing one of the water bottles and turning to hurry back. She needed to help as quickly as possible. Jonouchi had to be okay...! "H-here you go." she said, weakly, as she handed the bottle over to the man - it made more sense than giving it directly to the boy, she thought - hoping that this would all work out. For all she knew the pills were poison, but this man was probably the only one who could help right

Lorenzo watched as Sekai stared on even after he ordered her to do something, irritated by the delay. It was a simple command, as well as one that needed to be followed promptly. He was about ready to snap at her before she finally started moving and nodded to him, at which point he finally turned his attention back to Jonouchi. "Good, then open up, unless you want a pill that's covered in blood." He looked as Sekai offered the water bottle, approving of her offering it straight to Jonouchi. That would make everyone's life life easier. "Could you take the lid off of that for him

Unable to watch what was going on, the sounds of activity were heavy in Jonouchi's ears. What the hell were they doing? A guy couldn't even die in peace anymore. He opened his mouth to give Lorenzo a smart ass reply about pills covered in blood, but the words never escaped his mouth for some reason. Well, that sucked. It was such a great reply too. Are you kidding? Blood makes everything taste better. The guy would've loved it, or maybe would've rolled his eyes. The duelist would've taken either as a victory. Sekai might've chuckled at least - she had such a cute laugh. Jonouchi could remember it from before, as she had teased him to no end while they waited to eat... it was a fun day. He wondered what it was she had figured out but hadn't told him - but then, he knew what it was, now. Would she ever have told him? It was one of those things he'd never find out, he guessed.

Oh well.

Sekai was scared and nervous, and it was definitely showing in her actions; she was fumbling a little bit, and some kind of strange mix of hesitant and rushed. She was scared to go too quickly and thus screw something up, but she was rushed, knowing that she couldn't hesitate, or else - Jonouchi was in trouble. "O-okay." she managed to choke out, before struggling with the bottle to twist the lid off, so that she could offer it to Jonouchi. He was hurt - he was dying - and she couldn't...she had to help somehow, didn't she? Hopefully this would make things easier, so that they could help some how...
