ahahahah! The review of the Hemingway is also pretty accurate; however, if the person had read any *more* Hemingway, he'd know that they're ALL like that. *g*

Also, the person who insinuated that Nabokov was foolish not to consider the foreign-langage deficiencies of his American audience? PRICELESS.

Oh my god, I'm sorry, but I thought The Sun Also Rises was one of the worst books I ever had to read in high school. Like, really horrifyingly bad and slow and boring and uuuuuugh.

Also, I couldn't really argue with the review of Grapes of Wrath. Bo.Ring.

Silly Nabokov! Maybe his book would have gained some recognition if he had just written the damn thing in English!
