[Oohoho, a little girl with a backpack notices the little round thing there and skips on over; those coos are lost in the crowd and, for a moment? Lil' tribble there just looks like a fun bouncy ball! 8D]

[So, she picks it up. Better coo up, otherwise she's going to bounce poor Amelia like a ball. And if she doesn't stop her, Elicia will just stare at the 'ball' for a moment in disappointment.

Though being touched by a little girl isn't as bad in general, nothing is good when you've suddenly been turned into a ball of hair.]

[Oh no, no. Amelia knows what that cat's up to, and she starts to back away as quickly as a tribble can--which is entirely the wrong thing to do, but she doesn't want to get delivered to someone's doorstep dead, and she might be panicking a little.

But in that panic, she actually makes a new sound! A high pitched, frightened squeal that's not at all pleasant. Defense mechanisms are go!]

[Amelia is far from the only angry furball making its way through town today. This one is scooting back from the Battle Dome, where Arumat had been practicing before he was oh-so-unceremoniously turned into... well, it LOOKED like a giant version of those things Reimi referred to as "dust bunnies."

He pauses when he spots his fellow furry victim, a small part of him glad that he isn't the only one suffering this indignity.]

Also, that noise is supposed to be a growl. Not a purr, which is what it sounds like.]
