Gaara is indeed talking to Naruto and Lee, as well as the rest from Konoha. All in all, he's combining the roll of host and diplomat.
And, yes, he's nervous. Not about getting married, no, about everything around it. He's wishing that this could have been a quiet and private affair, but he knows that his status as Kazekage wouldn't allow that. So here he is, with a far too long mental list of things that could go wrong.
He straightens out his formal attire - a dark blue kimono with a few yellow details - even though it sits perfectly alright already, and scans the crowd. It it time to start taking the proper places?
Yuusuke frowns, showing a couple of people to their seats. "Why do the girls get dresses while we have to wear the traditional styles," he says to Kuwabara, who shrugs. "You aughta go collect Botan and Keiko and tell them it's time to get this show on the road. You're giving Botan away, right?" The taller man nods and walks off.
Koenma grins. He's honoured to be doing this, and his ogre companion looks equally proud.
This ogre gets quite a few looks directed his way, ranging from curious to suspicious to outright paranoid ones. Hey, it wasn't too long ago since Suna was attacked by demons, after all.

"...and what if something goes wrong? Everyone out there expects me to be some graceful thing and..." Keiko kisses her friend on the cheek. "Botan-chan, don't worry, it'll go perfectly. You look amazing." She adjusts the pearl necklace she had lent her for good luck. "Now, I've got to go out there with Yukina and the rest."
