I'm just going to continue posting my photos from last month in the 300x400 size and not spend time resizing them more smoothly in photoshop as I usually do. There are just too many. I use Image Magick for doing things to large numbers of files.

Nice job with the stained glass windows.

Do you have to pay for Image Magick?

Thank you, that does mean a lot coming from you. Are you still taking photos and just not posting them?

I am very, very jealous.

Nope, IM is a collection of free tools. I use them under Linux, but I wouldn't be at all surprised if there are Windows versions. The site that serves the pictures that you haven't seen many of lately actually uses it to do scaling and rotating and things on the fly - if you ask for a resolution that nobody's wanted before, it whips one up while you wait, from inside a Perl script. Though I must admit that this was not a tiny undertaking.

And, yeah, I'm still taking pictures now and then - rather less since W. has moved to the West Coast. Somehow uoploading them seems like such a chore when there's nobody to talk about them with.
