If you do have a soup you think it might go well in, you could make the soup, take out a small quantity of the soup, put in a little zucchini in it, and try it once it's all cooked together. (My opinion of food like soups is that they're better the next day, so you might let the zucchini-ed soup sit overnight before you try it.)
I know nothing about cilantro. I'm sure you're relieved. *g*

And apparently NO ONE knows anything about cilantro. I've been advised to make a dip, and that's about all anyone can tell me.

But I've found out what to do with cilantro! I'm watching The Colbert Report from May 5th, and he said that he's still having his usual Cinquo de Mayo party, but to make sure nobody gets swine flu from eating the food, he's covering it in cilantro. That way nobody will eat it, because it tastes like soap. *g*
I'm frightened that Stephen Colbert may be the only one who knows anything about cilantro.

But cake is a FANTASTIC idea, and I'm thinking that's where my remaining zucchini is going to. Everything tastes better in dessert form.
