I'm shaking my head and smiling somewhat knowingly. Sometimes I think we're more coherent on no sleep than we are when we're rested.

You wouldn't say that if you met me in person when I am exhausted. I put the "L" in crazy.

I really like the part about sending the GI Joes to the moon. Especially this:

"I thank you and you're country thanks you, my mom however does not, as you cost three fifty a pack."

Sometimes there are silent heroes.

It's true. I can't count the number of toys I sent rocketing into space or sinking into the lake by my house. They never did come back from those underwater missions. Damn aquatic Atlantean crime syndicate and their advanced technology, always killing my brave soldiers.

You should just bomb the lake. Wipe out the whole syndicate.

Mom said we didn't have the money to splurge on the Dynamite Junior Destructo kit. Honestly, I just think she was mad because I kept hitting stuff in the garden with chinese stars. Some people just have no respect for the amount of dedication it takes to become a master of ninjitsu.

That first paragraph is stunning and I'd bet hard cash that a good number of people feel that exact same way.

think every DJ secretly wants to be a rock star, and that they simply took the only route they could find that got them anywhere near their actual goal.

I agree for the most part, but I don't see it as a last ditch effort to settle for the closest they can come....I see it as it's something that changes the way they breathe and a soul can't just let something that powerful go, so they take part in it, in whatever way they can.

Here's me hoping you rested well and dreamt beautifully.

Thanks for the compliment, honey. I think it's pretty good coming from a man irrational with lack of sleep.

Who even knows what I was talking about with the DJ thing. Maybe I should give up the dream and get a call sign.

You know I never dream beautifully.
