(me: I ached for Clark...) Yeah, even if I'm liking Lana more this season, I still didn't feel for her in this situation. I felt more for Clark and Whitney.
I find it odd that they were giggling about the watch story, lol.

My Clana rant was building up because I knew the scene was coming. I was able to see both sides of the situation, but when she tried to turn the Scarecrow incident on Clark I blew the fuck up. It's like blaming the rape victim for still being angry with the attacker. LOL, I almost went back on my rant.
JS talks about Smallville, Clark Kent, and how he imagines the final scene in the last episode of Smallville. I can't even express how much I LOVE JS right now! And, OMG, I really miss Jonathan... :((( Again, these two clips only prove to me that JS knew the character of Jonathan Kent sooo well!

Ok, I've just noticed a BIG mistake in the quote:
Rickman: You probably know why I'm here. Jonathan: I hear you're interested in this farm, and you're a very persuasive fellow. Rickman: I gotta tell you, there's not a snowball's chance in hell I'd consider selling... Jonathan: ...especially not to Rickman Industries. Rickman: You got a problem with progress?
(I tend to make silly mistakes - when I write too fast ;)
The quote should be:
Rickman: You probably know why I'm here. Jonathan: I hear you're interested in this farm, and you're a very persuasive fellow. I gotta tell you, there's not a snowball's chance in hell I'd consider selling especially not to Rickman Industries. Rickman: You got a problem with progress?

I really love the ending scene where we can see both Clark and Lex standing side by side... It gave me shivers when I was watching it for the first time - because I knew what was going to happen with their friendship in the future. It was such a good scene! - very simple yet powerful and nicely executed…
I 100% agree. This line has been used in SO MANY Clex fics, it's not even funny. It actually became a cliche. But other than that, the first time I watched this episode and Lex said that line, I think I wanted to cry because I knew how ironic it would turn out to be.
