[The video cuts on to Sebastian retracting his gloved hands, smiling slyly at the screen. As he steps back, the viewer can see the earl, Ciel Phantomhive, is asleep in a chair, one small hand cradling his chin, lips parted with even breathing.
[The rub is, Sebastian has been charged with keeping his master awake, so this simply cannot continue.

[Sebastian returned to the tea tray, setting down the saucer and cup in order to use them properly, pouring the steaming coffee with care. Then the smooth cream and an estimation of the proper amount of sugar. Sebastian stirred, the black coffee slowly turning light brown with the mixture of sweeteners.
[Apparently satisfied with the result, Sebastian offered the coffee to Ciel, along with a fresh napkin]

I'd be a bit worried if he wasn't. Dreams are the subconscious, so, really, everyone knows what everyone's thinking, if they see each other's dreams.
