And I know exactly what you mean. Characterization is something that I never realize I care so much about until I somehow spend a thousand of words developing it. And it's not something you can just come out and say, you've got to integrate it into the story, like seams on jeans. And you did that wonderfully and it felt like I was taking a peek into their lives. :) And hellllll yessss this is fanTAStic canon information. I wonder what these boys are thinking when they do these things in front of the camera. Like, seriously? Squirting water? Pillow fights? Crossdressing? Bondage via seatbelts? That's a really good way to put it-- like the seams on jeans. I never realize I'm doing it (and how important it is to me) until I reread my fic and I'm like "wow this is like one big character jerk" and then I have to edit it so it doesn't read like a character description. Embarrassing! Seriously, they have to be toying with us. I don't even know. Subtlety!fail is strong with this canon, and I for one am in support of it's continuance.

Thank you! I feel like they’re similar to our other boys in the sense that everything that happens between-all of them, really, is just a natural extension of their relationship. So inevitability and blurring lines and all of that is something I really wanted to communicate, and I’m so glad that you thought it was effective! And, haha well, you know Logan. I just think he wouldn’t really be able to do anything, no matter how badly he wanted it, without weighing it all out, and calculating the risk, and all of that.
Yay! You and I have talked a lot about playfulness, and how important it is, so I’m glad that a.) you thought that I was successful with making it playful, and b.) the amount of playful didn’t distract from the smut, haha. ♥ ♥

Yeah, I agree with you! I mean, because they're so comfortable with each other (in my head canon) it's just another extension of their relationship, their friendship + some with each other.

This was so sweet and also hot and HOW DO YOU DO THAT?!
I love the idea of their relationship just kind of blurring into something more, because that is just so them. And I also love Logan over thinking it because he would totally do that and Kendall would just be all, "Stop freaking out. Just because I wanna do you right now doesn't mean I don't love you."

I'm REALLY REALLY GLAD that you got both sweet and hot from the fic, because that was what I was really trying to communicate. You know, I mean it's Kendall and Logan so obviously a big part of their relationship is going to be kinky, kinky sex I'm a crazy person but also I think by the nature of who they are they love each other so much. My image of Kogan is best best friends who like to tie each other to the bed have sex a lot sometimes. But who are so close in so many ways that the lines blur, and sometimes it's overwhelming how much they feel for each other (because there are so many different facets to their relationship) and-- anyway, I'm rambling, because I ramble about meta, but basically thank you ♥. I'm so so so so soooo glad to hear that people are actually picking up on the things that I was really trying to do with this. And just, yay!

Haha, I actually totally think it’s amazing that we can say moments like that are probably canon, and actually mean it! But I’m so happy that you got both the silly and the hot, because one of the big things I wanted to do was to really weave those together. I mean, Kendall and Logan are just so comfortable with each other, and I think because they are so comfortable they would be playful.
I’m so happy that you liked their voices! Logan was really fun to write.
