Still working on my mountain of onions. And developed a pile of mushrooms this week with my late night shopping trips accumulating a bunch of cheap sale bundles of mushrooms. You can't freeze them but they do dry so I have a tray of sliced mushrooms sitting in a cooling oven to start the process. I'll do them again tomorrow night once I've cooked ( Read more... )
