Being around Batman is almost unbearable.
Being around Nightwing is torture.

I can finally admit, as embarrassing as it is, that I find him attractive. I can finally admit that I've found him attractive for years. So now that I'm back in Gotham, I figured this was as good a time as any to try and do something about that. I've been given my costume ( Read more... )

Aww Tim, I bet the effort was too cute for words. I'm sorry it wound up being more embarrassing than... um, fruitful. But, at least he didn't get angry or anything like that. At least you know he genuinely cares for you. No tricks or catches. That's what I got from his reaction, anyway.

I really think it's better this way. Not right now, it doesn't seem like it, but in time it will.

Maybe you could get Alfred to make you some cocoa. I'm sure he'd make you feel a bit better what with his old man wisdom and loveable, charming wit and whatnot. :3
And if all else fails, couldn't you talk to Steph or Babs?

Talking to Steph is like gouging my own eyeballs out. Barbara, well.... there was this whole.... incident while in Los Angeles.... uh, yeah no, I can't face her for awhile.

It's alright, I mean, I know he cares about me... yes, like a little brother, but that's still something. I just wish it were more.

Well, I'm assuming that talking to Jason or Damien isn't an option either, but idk, there has to be someone that you trust enough to help you through this bad patch. Someone in the Teen Titans maybe? Cassy?

Who knows? Maybe in time his feelings will change. But could you imagine how your tall, dark and repressed adoptive daddy would react to a relationship between you two? You know more than anyone what a dick he is. :\

Right, I have to go help my mum wrap a few more presents before bed- it's like gone midnight here. It's probably not the best thing to say right now, but in the spirit of tradition- Merry Christmas, Tim.

No, Barbara was never in LA. There was this incident with a wheelchair and someone else and a costume and... yeah, I'm not sure I'll ever be able to look her in the eyes again.

How is it gross? It's not like we even grew up together. He was already Nightwing when I became Robin.
