It sounds like you had a nice trip (other than your flank pain). Did you visit any gaming stores in Montreal or Ottawa?

And that pun you inflicted on your wife was terrible; well done!

We wanted to visit Le Valet in Montreal, but didn't get a chance to; they didn't open until we'd already left Montreal.

We did stop by Fandom II (still a great place) where I picked up a Champions supplement and a Star Wars booster, and the Silver Snail (still descending into mediocrity; they've merged their used gaming stuff with their new stuff).

Gracias for your compliment.

I did not, but it does look neat. Will it be accessible at some point?

There are some neat tanks there, to be sure.

They fired up all the runners for the 50th Anniversary of D-Day, over a decade ago. That was awesome!

They didn't let me drive though.

Doug.

Ain't that always the way. I kind of wish I had a camera, although I don't know if there's photography allowed.

I like the cute little Italian CV33, a tank smaller than my car.

To be honest, it's about as threatening as my Smart Car with a slingshot mounted on it.

And yet its the ubiquitous everyman's tank of the 1930's.

There is a good article on it at SJG's Pyramid magazine.
