I, Elizabeth Regina. Born Elizabeth Tudor, a Princess Royal of King Henry VIII of England and Queen Anne Boleyn, by the Grace of God, have returned to you as your Sovereign. In spite of the profuse persuasions of those around Me, that I should, in fact, take heed as to how We commit Ourselves to the multitudes, for fear of treachery, I have no such fear of you, My faithful and loving people. I place My chiefest strength and safeguard in the loyal hearts and good will of My subjects. And though I have the body but of a weak and feeble woman; but I have the heart and stomach of a king. I assure you that I am My Father’s daughter.
