I adore Caprica (and all incarnations of Six). Thanks. Arcade Fire has a vast array of music, most of which is weird and awesome.

OOH. great song choice -- this has been recommended for a Cylon vid before ( ha!), and it's gratifying to see it materialize.

the superimposed footage floored me with its beauty! as I said, creative uses of the Earth shot are one of my faves right now, and it's amazing how you traced Caprica's whole character arc in that small segment of the pan from Baltar to Tigh. superimposing can end up muddy, but it was totally legible here, I assume because you kept the edited part simple enough that both could be visible. cool!

Thank you. I forgot to tell you that I have superpowers that allow me a absorb all fannish ideas through cyberosmosis. The song feels so perfect for Caprica on many levels.

I've become obsessed with layers. I worked for so long in WMM, where layering is an epic feat that took too much time, so when I went into Sony Vegas it was like chains were taken off. With this layering I wanted to keep things framed around the background and come back to it every once and a while.

There were so many little things in that final scene. All the small character pieces were beautifully orchestrated. I loved that Caprica intentionally went right by Baltar for Tigh, then she barely touched him. That whole scene kills me. It was amazing that even the characters in the background held importance, like Tyrol's expression and Dee's blatant stare to Lee.
