Mr. Obama, you rock. Now if only you would change your mind on the marriage equality issue (and a few other things -- I'm really concerned about the various privacy and spying issues that are still Status Quo from the fascist Bush regime. And seemingly getting worse.)

What is Pride? If, like me, you're stuck in a place with no Pride -- well, not ( Read more... )

buffy "reset", rip, lgbt film, twilight sucks, tv: glee, porn battle viii, tv: true blood, cheney is satan, tv: vampire diaries, pride month

Was that not the most STUPID website you have ever seen? I mean... this guy is obviously one of the nuttier nuts around. And what really cracks me up is that it's all a plug for his own, I assume "SAFE" music!

I actually looked at a number of lists, and it seemed like Big Eden was on pretty much all of them except Logo's, which is weird. Trick wasn't on there either, and I love that movie.

I watched But I'm a Cheerleader! last night and really enjoyed it. Big Eden and Celluloid Closet are next.

No, I haven't seen it before! It's been meandering on my To See list forever, and I just never got around to it. I definitely will post my thoughts when I watch it -- tonight, I hope!

Dear Twilight fans, the actual Quileute tribe of the Pacific Northwest has nothing at all to do with Stephenie Meyer's books, and they therefore will not be able to direct you to the werewolf version of Match.com. (Which would be Imprint.com, I guess.)

I liked The Vampire Diaries books (even if the last one had a deus ex WTF at the end), so already it's a little ahead of the Twilight movie in that the source material is less horrible. Which is perhaps not saying much.

I guess Forks has been overrun by TwiNuts, so it only makes sense that they're going to go hunting Quileutes to see if they can find Jacob. *rolls eyes*

I confess I do occasionally fall for a good tween drama, and add vampires... it's on opposite Bones, though, so I don't know if I'll be watching it first run, but I will definitely be checking it out.

Besides, Ian Somherholder as an evil vampire? YUM.

What? David Eddings died? I loved his books. That's sad.

Yes, he did! It's always a shame when we lose a great writer. *hugs*
