Mirabelles
Last weekend, we drove to Schwaben to visit my in-laws. This year, their fruit trees are producing extraordinarily abundantly: so much so that their plum trees are in danger on toppling over from the weight of the fruit if they aren't supported. Please take some mirabelles, they said. And was I going to say no?
