Yes! Oooh, the Munchkins should not be the Daleks then. They should be...something that capture the Doctor and keep them as their leader, and they make Rose go through ridiculous scenarios to reach him.

I guess they could be the Daleks, but they'd have to be some damn loony ones. ^_^
