Both Tribes 2 and StarCraft 2 were much fun, even though, as a total novice, I was being easily and soundly beaten by the more experienced and skilled players.

Hey, you were the only person to get a flag capture in Tribes 2 };>. Flan and I kept each other busy most of the time.

You also were a big enough damage sponge in Starcraft to prevent me from building up an assault force to take on Sempai or Garth (Flan ended up handling that).

An admirable first set of games }:>.

even if there hadn't been a LAN party or bountiful munchies I would still be glad to have been there just for the chat and to see people whom I hadn't seen in a while.

Any party I hold will always have bountiful munchies };>. The next one will be geared towards boardgaming rather than LAN gaming, but should still be fun. The usual format for Starcrafting is to have a humans-vs-computer team game, but we had enough people to make humans-vs-humans viable this time around.
