So, this past Tuesday marked my return to the Sunshine State. Katrina made landfall 9 miles dead east of my house. That, in case you are too daft to figure out, fucking doomed my power. We lost it at around 6:30pm and didn't get it back until late on Saturday night. It was so hot during the day, I have probably lost five pounds of weight in sweat. It was absolutely awful!
